Breastfeeding support is essential

"I began attending the mother's group at the Newborn Baby Bistro when Madeline was about three weeks old, and met some wonderful moms and babies who have become dear friends. Debbie, Dianna, and all of the moms offered me the encouragement and support I needed to endure through issues and problems that might have prevented me from reaching my breastfeeding goals."

"The Breastfeeding Support/Mothers Groups at The New Born Baby have been an invaluable service to me during my new journey as a breastfeeding mother. In the beginning, I was very unsure of myself and lacking confidence in my ability to nourish my daughter with breastmilk. Because of the support of Debbie, Dianna and the other new breastfeeding mothers at The New Born Baby Bistro, I am more than confident, and feel that I have provided the best possible nutrition for Isabelle.

We look forward to our Tuesday and Friday visits to the The New Born Baby Bistro. I have met wonderful mothers, awesome babies and have forged some of the best friendships in the last 12 months than I have ever before. It means so much to me that my daughter has little friends to grow up with, learn with and play with.

I feel very blessed to be part of the Bistro!"

Hi Debbie,

I just wanted to let you know how much Ella loves going to the Bistro group. She is at a stage now where anyone new is scary, and she cries. But when we're at the Bistro, she loves all the new babies and their moms. I don't think there is anywhere else where she is so happy and relaxed, and I love having a place where I can breastfeed her comfortably around other people. Thank you so much Debbie!

Come join our circle of mothers and babies. These groups are open to everyone. Please do not think that everything needs to be going perfectly well in order for you to join in. You will benefit from the wisdom and experience of other mothers in the group. Together they can help you 'normalize' being a mother.
